“EXCELLENT! GREAT SERVICE…I went in with a watch in mind and after looking at it, I questioned if that was the right watch. They must have showed me two dozen watches. No pressure to buy. I was dressed like a slob. Shorts and t-shirt and I was treated as if I was in an Armani suit. Also, to those that complain. Thanks for making my life difficult because I let your complaints influence me, I sent my TAG Heuer back to the factory for a battery, Now I am without my watch for several weeks until the factory gets it back to me. Please do yourself favor and judge Matheu’s for yourself. 1- For those that complain about returns, its a reasonable policy to not allow returns on watches. I don’t want a watch you have worn at all. The policy is to protect customers and the value of the watches. These are investments not plastic digital watches. 2- If your complaining about price then do some research. I did not see any watch that was over the manufactures price. Value is your perception. If you feel that the watch you want is too pricey then share that with them and see if they can help. 3- About repairs, I bought two watches from the Jewelry store named the same as a sandwich shop spokesman. They failed to give follow though on the promotion they were running. When I went in to get a battery replaced on my wife’s watch they charged as much as Matheu’s and they did not pressure test, they said to do so would cost me almost $250. When I brought my TAG in they offered to end it back to the manufacture for a fee of $32. Matheu’s seems very reasonable AND they will guarantee the seal if it is not correct. I will be back in a couple days to get the watch I wanted. I hope others reading this give Matheu’s a chance.”

“I had the battery replaced on my 12-year old Seiko at another shop. I began to notice condensation inside my watch, so I took it here after all of my friends and my wife recommended the place. I received a new crystal and had it properly sealed and cleaned in about 2 weeks. (It was supposed to be 4 weeks, but the new part came in early.) I am very happy with the results. Everyone in the shop seemed extremely helpful and courteous.”

“Matheu’s is the only “certified” Swiss Army watch repair shop in Colorado. This means SA would reccomend their work and it’s an alternative to sending your watch in the mail to get fixed or have a battery replaced. I’ve only taken my watch to them in the 10 years I’ve had it and while $35 for a battery is a little steep, I always know my watch is still water resistant when I pick it up. Also, the last battery they put in lasted 5 years! They’ve got beautiful merchandise and stand behind what they sell. I gladly make the 30 minute drive to do business with them.”
